I forgot my password. Can I recovery my account?

You can recover XMPP.SG account if you've registrered email addres from dashboard.

However you can't reset password if you haven't registered email address.

Please register new account. And don't forget your password again.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from dashboard after loggedin.

I can't send message with error "send limit reached".

You have reached message limit per day. This is a countermeasure against spammer, It is necessary for stable server running. Probably, you don't reach this limit with normal human conversation. But if you are very chatty, you might reached the limit.
